HARPSWELL — A second workshop on proposed ordinance changes will be held at the town office on Wednesday, Dec. 3, at 6:30 p.m.

The Planning Board has proposed 10 amendments to the town’s zoning ordinance that cover a breadth of issues, from how structures are defined to a ban on pesticides.

According to Town Planner Carol Eyerman, eight of the proposed amendments have been put into language that can go to Town Meeting next March. The language in the noise and pesticide amendments is still under review, but will be explained in a memo.
