BRUNSWICK — Kathy Wilson has won election to an at-large Town Council seat, outpolling her opponent John Portela 5,181 to 3,140.
Speaking to reporters at the Brunswick Junior High School shortly after the results were reported late Tuesday evening, Wilson said she was tired, but happy and ready to get to work as a member of the council.
“I know I have a lot to learn and I’m ready to get started,” Wilson said.
