SOUTH PORTLAND — The Willard Square neighborhood will hold its annual Willard Fest block party on Saturday, July 12, from 3 p.m.-6 p.m.
The event features live music, booths showcasing the work of community organizations and local artisans, children’s activities, martial arts demonstrations, and plenty of food.
In coordination with the city’s energy and recycling committee, the event will have on-site recycling, composting, and informational materials coordinated with local volunteers in an attempt to reduce the festival’s environmental impact.
