FREEPORT — Neophyte Tawni Whitney won the open at-large seat on Freeport Town Council with 2,720 votes over incumbent Leland Arris Jr.’s 1,690, according to unoffical results.
Maura Pillsbury won the open one year seat on the RSU 5 Board of Directors with 1,658 votes, beating out Tiffany Jones who received 1,526 votes and Christopher Grimm who received 835.
