SOUTH PORTLAND — For the first time in a decade, South Portland voters might find themselves reporting to new polling locations on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Though the locations themselves have not changed, electoral district lines were altered earlier this year, meaning that some voters will be required to cast their ballots in a different place. Under federal law, all districts are redrawn according to census information every 10 years.
City Clerk Susan Mooney said that residents who will be required to switch polling places were notified last spring and again this fall. Residents who have questions about where to report can visit southportland.org; election information can be found under “News” on the site’s homepage. District maps and a city street directory can be accessed here as well.

District 2
