Barry Smith, when the Wreaths Across America convoy made a stop at Cabela’s in Scarborough on Sunday on the way to Washington, D.C. The program started in 1992 with 5,000 wreaths and this year will deliver 250,000 wreaths to cemeteries all over the country.
