SCARBOROUGH — Neil D. Jamieson Jr. of Scarborough appears to have clinched victory in the race for Cumberland County Commissioner in District 1.

With all but one town in the district reporting preliminary results, Jamieson was the victor with 6,741 votes. The runner-up, Annalee Rosenblatt, also of Scarborough, pulled 4,912 votes and Lissa R. Villa of Harrison rounded out the ballot with 3,250 votes.

Baldwin had not yet posted results by 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

District 1 includes Scarborough, Harrison, Bridgton, Sebago, Baldwin, Standish and Gorham.
