BATH — Sagadahoc Preservation will present “Victorian Furniture: Design Run Amok or Inspired Creativity?” on Sunday, March 25.

Nancy Carlisle, senior curator at Historic New England, will give the lecture at the Winter Street Center, 880 Washington St., at 4 p.m.

Her talk will look at the ups and downs of Victorian furniture design. Carlisle is author of “Cherished Possessions: A New England Legacy” and co-author of “America’s Kitchens.”
