FALMOUTH — A seasonal flu shot clinic sponsored by Falmouth Health Services for middle and high school students is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 5-7 p.m. at the Falmouth High School community gym (the small gym).
For elementary students, a clinic will be held Tuesday, Sept. 22, from 5-7 p.m. at the same location. If a family has a conflict with the assigned date, students may attend the other date.
Students under 9 years old will require a second seasonal flu vaccine if it is their first time receiving a flu shot. If they have previously received a shot for seasonal flu, only one vaccine is needed.
All students must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Students are encouraged to have a snack or light meal before coming for the vaccine.
The second seasonal flu vaccine clinic will be Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 5-7 p.m., also in the high school gym.
