CAPE ELIZABETH — Cape Elizabeth/South Portland Triad will present a senior forum on healthy aging Thursday March 26 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Cape Elizabeth Fire Station at 325 Ocean House Road. The forum, “Healthy Aging, Naturally,” will be presented by Dr. Janel Voelker and her team from Coastal Wellness Chiropractic in Cape. Voelker will discuss chiropractic care to the geriatric population, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, therapeutic massage and counseling. There will be discussions on how stress affects aging, as well as covering the importance of eating healthy and exercising safely as your body ages. Parking is in the rear and admission is free. Light refreshments will be provided.
