TOPSHAM — The Mainely Improv comedy troupe will present an “on-the-stop” comedy show at the Orion Performing Arts Center Friday, March 18.

The 66 Republic Ave. event begins at 7:30 p.m., and serves as a fundraiser for end-of-year field trips at Mt. Ararat Middle School.

Tickets cost $10 for adults, $5 for students younger than 18, and $25 for families of four or more. Tickets are available at the door and brownpapertickets.com/event/2496000.

Students ask audience members to bring a nonperishable food item for the Midcoast Hunger Prevention Project.

Mainely Improv, which fashions itself after the “Whose Line is it Anyway?” TV show, is an off-shoot of the Mystery for Hire dinner theatre troupe. Log onto mainelyimprov.com for more information.
