8/26 at 11:11 a.m. Joseph Rusaw, 37, of Lisbon Road, Brunswick, was arrested by Lt. Frederick Dunn on Mallett Drive on a charge of possession of a Schedule W drug.

8/30 at 9:56 p.m. Jonathan Mezzacappa, 49, of Winding Way, Harpswell, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Main Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

8/28 at 9:19 p.m. Matthew Call, 20, of Grandview Street, Lisbon, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Lewiston Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.

8/30 at 12:04 a.m. Jeffrey Stratton, 27, no town given, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on a charge of exceeding the posted speed limit by 30 mph or more.

8/30 at 8:10 p.m. Skyler Hartford-Hewitt, 19, of East Main Street, Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Hamilton Court on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Library larceny

8/28 at 2:30 p.m. Officer Troy Garrison responded to the theft of a bicycle left outside the Topsham Public Library on Foreside Road while the owner was inside. The bicycle is worth about $200.
