9/17 at 2:03 p.m. Eric Carrigan, 32, of Roman Road, was arrested by Officer Troy Garrison on Main Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief.

9/18 at 6:44 p.m. Maria Barone, 25, of Gayton Road, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer William Collins on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license

Summonses

9/17 at 10:36 p.m. Tylor West, 25, of Plum Lane, Bath, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Wilson Street on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Burglar bagged

9/17 at 2:03 p.m. Following a rash of residential burglaries in the past month in the area of Winter Street and River Road, an investigation pointed to Eric Carrigan, 32, of Roman Road. Officer Troy Garrison arrested Carrigan on Main Street on an outstanding warrant, and Carrigan was later also charged with six counts of burglary and theft, and two counts of criminal mischief, related to the burglaries.

9/16 at 5:26 p.m. Smoke investigation on Topsham Fair Mall Road.

9/17 at 5:05 p.m. Complaint of unpermitted burn on Ward Road.

9/18 at 7:45 p.m. Fire alarm on Elm Street.

9/19 at 5:36 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on Lewiston Road.
