9/8 at 2:29 p.m. Timothy Fraser, 38, no town listed, was arrested by Officer William Collins on charges of operating after suspension and violation of condition of release.

9/11 at 8:05 p.m. Marie Bizier, 41, of an undetermined address, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gillian and Officer Mark Teceno on charges of violating conditions of release and failure to submit to arrest, as well as on three warrants.

Summonses

9/10 at 9:20 p.m. Christopher Gilley, 25, of Ward Road, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Teceno on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

9/11 at 4:43 p.m. Lisa Hart, 26, of Lisbon, was issued a summons by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of attaching false plates.

9/12 at 6:34 p.m. Robert Smith, 23, was issued a summons by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of operating with an expired license for more than 90 days.

Stolen dirt bike

9/13 at 12:09 a.m. Officer Al Giusto responded to the report of a stolen dirt bike on Parliament Circle. The theft occurred sometime the previous night between. The bike is worth about $850, and the case so far as no leads or suspects.
