9/3 at 3:36 p.m. Nikos Ley-Simmons, 18, of High Street, South Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Holmes on Main Street on a charge of criminal mischief.

9/3 at 4:26 p.m. Jacob Cain, 34, of Mere Point Road, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Can Am Drive on charges of operating after suspension and operating with a suspended registration.

9/3 at 7:29 p.m. Victoria Kadziauskas, 59, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Monument Place on a charge of operating with an license expired for more than 90 days.
