9/26 at 8:42 p.m. Michael Kunhardt, 47, of Congress Circle, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Congress Circle on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/29 at 1:31 a.m. Brenden Jasper, 21, of Lewis Mill Road, Bowdoin, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Lewiston Road on charges of receiving stolen property and violating conditions of release, and a probation violation .

Summonses

9/26 at 5:51 p.m. William Perkins, 24, of Main Street, Thomaston, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

9/28 at 11:44 p.m. A 15-year-old male, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Bruce Swanson on Winners Circle on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

One tough windshield

9/29 at 8 a.m. Officer Lucas Shirland responded to the report of an attempted vandalism at Topsham Fair Mall. A glass bottle had been smashed on the windshield of a parked vehicle, but no damage was caused.
