Arrests

9/29 at 10:40 p.m. Michael Kunhardt, 49, of Robinhood Road, Georgetown, was arrested by Officer Lucas Shirland on Middlesex Road on charges of operating under the influence and operating after habitual offender revocation. Kunhardt was also issued a summons on charges of failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means, operating without a license in violation of conditions, leaving the scene of an accident, and displaying a suspended or revoked license.

9/30 at 1:08 p.m. Charles Messer, 39, of Barrows Drive, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Lucas Shirland on Main Street.

Summonses

9/24 at 3:17 p.m. A 15-year-old girl, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Mathew Bowers on Winter Street on a charge of assault.

9/28 at 4:37 p.m. Nicholas Mrvhichin, 22, of Bullrock Road, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Lucas Shirland on Big Pine Drive on a charge of criminal mischief.
