Arrests

10/19 at 9:40 a.m. Fred Rolfe III, 33, of Bradbury Hill, Minot, was arrested by Officer William Collins on charges of operating without a license, violation of conditional release and operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days.

10/23 at 10:33 p.m. Justine Hall, 36, of Wood Avenue, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/24 at 7:28 p.m. Andrew Ouellette, 41, was arrested by Officer Alfred Giusto on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

10/21 A 13-year-old boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of unlawful sexual touching.

10/25 at 12:28 p.m. John Garshva, 53, no town listed, was issued a summons by Officer Troy Garrison on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

10/25 at 3:09 p.m. Jennifer Kelly, 29, of Lisbon, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Teceno on a charge of operating after suspension.

Gas payment passed

10/25 at 10:23 a.m. The latest of four separate gas driveoffs this year by one suspect was reported at Circle K on Hamilton Court. Drive-offs have been both there and at J & S Oil on Route 196. A tall white male with a green-colored Nissan Pathfinder has been identified from video footage. However, the vehicle has been shown to have different plates, which have all be identified as stolen. Officer Mark Teceno is investigating the case.

10/24 at 6:42 p.m. Fire alarm on Fairfield Lane.

10/25 at 11:10 p.m. Gas spill on Route 196.
