10/22 at 9:17 p.m. Alfred Atkins, 18, of Middlesex Road, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of possession of schedule Z drugs and issued a summons on charges of violation of conditional release, illegal transportation of drugs, illegal transportation of liquor by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10/23 at 10:53 a.m. Derrick Schneider, 23, of Prospect Street, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Robert Ramsay.

Summonses

10/21 at 4 p.m. Bradley Elwell, 34, of Lisbon Road, Lisbon, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of filing a false public report.

10/22 at 9:17 p.m. A 16-year-old boy, of Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a juvenile.

GPS gone

10/21 at 7:53 a.m. Officer Al Giusto responded to the theft of a Garmin GPS device from a vehicle left unlocked in a Topsham Fair Mall parking lot. The device is valued at about $150.
