10/20 at 2:02 p.m. Karin Shea, 46, of Parkway, Bowdoin, was arrested on Topsham Fair Mall Road by Officer Lucas Shirland on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/18 at 6:57 a.m. Brianna Knowles, 21, of Litchfield Road-West Gardiner Road, Hallowell, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Lucas Shirland on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle for more than 150 days.

10/20 at 10:14 p.m. Sierra Still, 24, of Hillside Street, Yarmouth, was issued a summons on Lewiston Road by Sgt. Robt Ramsey on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle for more than 150 days.

10/21 at 2:50 p.m. Martin Fisher, 55, of K Street, of South Boston,  Massachusetts, was issued a summons on Lewiston Road by Officer Lucas Shirland on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.
