10/11 at 1:52 a.m. Brian Kennagh, 35, of Middle Street, Bath, was arrested by Officer Bruce Swanson on a charge of operating under the influence.
10/11 at 1:33 a.m. Kirsten Manion, 22, of Coombs Road, Brunswick, was arrested by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on a charge of operating under the influence.
10/13 Jason McPhail, 36, was arrested on a warrant and issued a summons on a charge of four counts of being an owner of dogs running at large.
10/13 Darren Rider, 27, of Lisbon, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender status.
10/14 Brian Sloan, 22, of Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested by Officer Mark Teceno on a charge of violating a protection from abuse order.
10/18 at 3:55 a.m. Joshua Bean, 32, of Durham, was arrested by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of operating under the influence.
Summonses
10/9 at 12:30 p.m. Officer Mark Teceno issued summonses to three men on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana. Those charged were: Kyle Beaudet, 27, of Harrison; Donovan Stevens, 25, of West Paris; and Justin Toothacker, 20, of Harrison.
10/10 at 3:52 p.m. Michael Dagomes, 25, of Lisbon, was issued a summons on a charge of operating with an expired driver’s license for more than 90 days.
10/12 at 3:17 p.m. Jeremy Cole, 26, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Teceno on a charge of operating without a driver’s license.
10/14 Seannery Glidden, 33, of Tampa Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on a charge of operating after suspension.
10/15 at 10:36 a.m. William Dunton III, 26, of Lisbon Road, Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on a charge of criminal speed.
Goodwill hunting
10/13 at 7:57 a.m. Officer William Collins responded to the report of a break-in at Goodwill Industries on Park Drive. Both an exterior door and office door were entered, and an alarm cut. An attempt to break into a safe failed to succeed.

10/12 at 11:54 a.m. Smoke alarm on Baxter Street.
10/14 at 9:11 a.m. Fire alarm on Village Drive.
10/17 at 12:06 p.m. Possible blown electrical box on Cathance Road.
10/18 at 12:05 p.m. Mutual aid to Brunswick.
