Arrests

10/16 at 10:10 a.m. Robert Hinderks, 48, of Foreside Road, was arrested by Officer Donald Cowles on Foreside Road on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

10/14 at 7:11 p.m. Dominique Ammarell, 23, of Lewiston Road, West Gardiner, was issued a summons by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Lewiston Road on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

10/15 at 1:37 p.m. Leonard Wardwell, 49, of Oak Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Lucas Shirland on Augusta Road on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

10/16 at 4:41 p.m. Pedro Rivera III, 48, of Oak Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Lucas Shirland on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Purse pursuit

10/15 at 4:55 p.m. Sgt. Robert Ramsay responded to the report of a motor vehicle burglary in a Topsham Fair Mall parking lot. He found someone had reached into a partially opened window of a parked car. A purse was stolen, and a cell phone that had been stored inside it was found on a trail in the area of Merrymeeting Drive.
