9/26 at 3:48 a.m. Caitlin Smith, 22, no address listed, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Elm Street on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

9/26 at 4:29 p.m. Korey St. Amand, 19, of Old Brunswick Road, Durham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Bypass Drive on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
