Summonses

10/8 at 2:52 p.m. Cheryl Regan, 29, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of failing to register a motor vehicle in more than 150 days.

10/9 at 9:29 p.m. Michael Washburn, 32, of Dubar Circle, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating without a license in violation of conditions/restrictions.

10/9 at 5:30 p.m. Earl Libby, 22, of Newcastle, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating after license suspension.

10/10 at 5:53 p.m. Lisa Green, 44, of Elm Street, was issued a summons by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on a charge of operating after suspension.

Wake up call

10/7 at 9:32 p.m. A Front Street resident reported a robbery had occurred at his home at about 5 a.m. He told police that four men, one of whom he had lent money, came to his home. Once inside, one of the men allegedly struck the resident in the head with a handgun, causing minor injury, and the group grabbed a video game console and two cell phones before leaving the scene, possibly in a dark blue Volkswagen Jetta. Officer Peter Kaminski is investigating the case. Police do not think the men are local.

10/5 at 1:26 p.m. Smoke near cell tower in Ward Road area.
