10/5 at 1 p.m. Michael Drapeau, 45, of Bowdoinham, was arrested by Detective Mark LaFountain on Main Street on charges of domestic violence assault and violating probation.

Summonses

9/29 at 3:39 p.m. A 17-year-old boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Barrows Drive on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/1 at 5:32 a.m. Clyde Bailey, 43, no address listed, was issued a summons by Officer Bruce Swanson on Bridge Street on a charge of criminal mischief.

10/2 at 1:02 p.m. Megan Bryer, 26, of Boothbay, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Bypass Drive on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

10/4 at 12:03 p.m. Cody Mauro, 23, of Lisbon Street, Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons by Detective Mark LaFountain on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

GPS gone

9/30 at 8:34 a.m. Officer Gabrielle Mathieu responded to the report of a GPS being stolen sometime overnight from a vehicle parked in a Bridge Street driveway. The vehicle had been left unlocked, and the GPS was worth about $150.
