11/2 at 1:09 a.m. Robert Huntley, 23, of Proctor Road, Lisbon, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Lewiston Road, and charged with operating after license revocation and attaching false plates.
11/3 at 6:42 p.m. Peter Karwowski, 49, of Ward Road, was arrested by Officer Mathew Bowers on Ward Road on a charge of violation of conditions of release.

11/4 at 7:22 a.m. A 15-year-old boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Prospect Street on charges of unauthorized use of property and operating without a license.
