11/1 at 7:46 p.m. Rhonda Churchill, 49, of Lewiston, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Lewiston Road on charges of operating under the influence and violation of condition of release.
11/2 at 8:55 a.m. Angelo Ciciotte, 44, of Pinewood Drive, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Pinewood Drive on a warrant.
10/29 at 4:03 p.m. Hester Mishkin, 45, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating a motor vehicle unregistered for more than 150 days.
11/3 at 2:07 p.m. Tammy Massaline, 41, no address listed, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Union Park Road on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. At the same time and place, Jacob Tillman, 20, no address listed, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana, and Jennie Cass, 32, of Davis Road, Durham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on a charge of operating after suspension.
11/3 at 8:05 p.m. Jason Lucas, 24, of Damariscotta, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Route 196 on a charge of operating after suspension.
11/3 at 11:04 a.m. Sgt. Mark Gilliam responded to the report of an incident near the Central Maine Power lines off Route 201. A woman had been walking her dog, and the dog allegedly became caught in a leg iron trap. When trying to free the dog, she got stuck in the trap as well, according to police. Both were freed and are doing well. The Maine Warden Service was notified of the case, and is determining if the trap was legal.
