Arrests

10/27 at 12:54 p.m. Emily Freeman, 44, of Pinewood Drive, was arrested by Officer Lucas Shirland on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/29 at 9:23 p.m. James Thibeault, 55, of Augusta Road, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

10/28 at 9:32 a.m. A 17-year-old male, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Randy Cook on Eagles Way on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

10/29 at 4:40 p.m. Nathaniel Brewer, 19, of Cundy’s Harbor Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on U.S. Route 1 in Brunswick on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

10/29 at 5:11 p.m. Jacob Deppmeyer, 23, of Adams Road, Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Bypass Drive on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/30 at 1:49 p.m. Catherine Cadigan, 56, of High Street, Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Lucas Shirland on Bypass Drive on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle more than 150 days.
