Arrests

11/5 at 10:40 p.m. Dana Kennedy Jr., 36, of Appleton, was arrested by Officer Peter Kaminski on a warrant.

11/6 at 6:27 p.m. Terence Smith, 53, of North Street, was arrested by Officer Alfred Giusto on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/9 at 12:10 a.m. George Elwell, 40, of Barrows Drive, was arrested by Officer Randy Cook on charges of violation of condition of release and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

Summonses

11/2 at 3:08 p.m. Ryanne Trefethen, 23, of Harmony Hill Road, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating with an expired license for more than 90 days.

11/3 at 2:40 p.m. Christopher Gilley, 25, of Ward Road, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on a charge of operating after suspension.

11/6 at 11:58 p.m. Reserve Officer Jim Brown issued summonses to three people on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. Charged were Paulina Barnego, 18, of Brunswick, Brandon Aszmah, 19, of Memphis, Tn., and Joshua Magno, 20, of Wheeling, Ill.

11/7 at 1:11 a.m. Shawn McCourt, 20, was issued a summons by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of possession of liquor by a minor.

APB on Big Bird

11/2 at 3:49 p.m. A Williams Drive resident reported the theft of a burgundy-colored bird bath from the front yard area. Officer William Collins responded.
