10/24 at 9:53 p.m. Alan Kelley, 41, of Timber Oak Lane, Durham, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on First Street on a warrant.
Summonses
10/22 at 3:23 p.m. Brent Dillingham, 24, of Upland Road, Lisbon, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on River Road on charges of operating a motor vehicle unregistered for more than 150 days, possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10/26 at 3:56 p.m. Joshua Martin, 33, no address listed, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.
Vehicle vexations
10/26 at 11:30 a.m. Police received the first of five reports of motor vehicle burglaries that occurred in the area of Foreside Road the night before. Electronics and cash were taken from three unlocked vehicles, while two others were locked but sustained damage in burglary attempts. Officer Randy Cook and Sgt. Robert Ramsay investigated the complaints.

10/24 at 2:46 p.m. Mulch fire on Topsham Fair Mall Road.
