5/17 at 1:42 a.m. William Charity, 23, of River Road, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Horton Way on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

5/17 at 5:51 p.m. David Keinath, 33, of Adams Road, Bowdoin, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of operating under the influence.
