5/14 at 8:53 a.m. Phillip Alley, 22, of Topsham, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Meadow Road on a charge of eluding an officer.

5/14 at 8:59 p.m. Eric Rector, 34, of Topsham, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on River Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/16 at 5:10 p.m. Kathryn Dodge, 44, of Madelyn Drive, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Madelyn Drive on an outstanding warrant.
