Arrests

5/12 at 4:20 p.m. Ronald Perry, 34, of Country Acres Park, Durham, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on charges of operating after license suspension and false identification of a registration plate.

5/13 at 11:49 p.m. Sgt. Mark Gilliam and Officer Peter Kaminski arrested four men on charges of criminal trespass. James Eisenman, 19, of New Brunswick, N.J., Matthew Apeseche, 20, of Natick, Mass., Noah Perwin, 19, of Miami Shores, Fla., and Noah Kent, 19, of Brookline, Mass., were charged.

5/16 at 4:16 p.m. Emilio Alberto Elias Dominguez, 29, of Honduras, was arrested on an administration warrant of removal from the United States by Officer Troy Garrison.

Summonses

5/13 at 7 a.m. Sean Linkel, 29, of Augusta Road, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

5/16 at 1:40 a.m. Alfred Atkins IV, 18, of Middlesex Road, was issued a summons by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5/16 at 1:40 a.m. Thomas Sprague, 18, of Carons Way, Richmond, was issued a summons by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5/16 at 4:27 a.m. Donald Smith, 19, of Katie Lane, was arrested by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/16 at 9:53 p.m. Randy Dennison, 18, of Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Sgt. Fred Dunn on a charge of operating after suspension.

Towering trouble

5/13 at 10:19 p.m. Police responded to the water district tower on Oak Street in response to four Bowdoin College students having scaled the fence and climbed the tower. The four men – James Eisenman, 19, of New Brunswick, N.J., Matthew Apeseche, 20, of Natick, Mass., Noah Perwin, 19, of Miami Shores, Fla., and Noah Kent, 19, of Brookline, Mass. – were brought down with the assistance of the Topsham Fire Department’s ladder truck. They were arrested on charges of criminal trespass and brought back to the Topsham Police Department for processing before being released on personal recognizance bail to Bowdoin security.
