5/14 at 2:29 a.m. Tom Tamba, 32, no address given, was arrested on two warrants by Officer Bruce Swanson.


5/14 at 3:05 p.m. Frederick Beem, 36, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Alfred Giusto on a charge of assault.

5/14 at 3:05 p.m. Ashley Miller, 27, of Topsham, was issued  a summons by Officer Alfred Giusto on a charge of assault.

5/10 at 1:36 p.m. Officer Robert Ramsay responded to a motor vehicle burglary outside the Bureau of Motor Vehicles office on Topsham Fair Mall Road. License plates, sitting on the front seat, were stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Police have no leads.
