Arrests

5/1 at 1:13 a.m. Jeanna Marcotte, 33, of Cherrywood Drive, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Donald Cowles on Main Street and charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license in violation of conditions.

5/2 at 9:36 p.m. Robert Miller, 34, of Russell Street, Bath, was arrested by Officer Garrett Decker on Winter Street and charged with domestic violence aggravated assault and assault.

Summonses

5/3 at 10:49 p.m. Michael Miete, 26, of Peaslee Road, Boothbay, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Decker on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

5/6 at 1:31 a.m. Benjamin Wilson, 23, of Patricia Drive, was issued a summons by Officer Donald Cowles on Main Street on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

5/6 at 5:43 p.m. Emiley Gallagher, 30, of Bowdoinham Road, Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.
