Summonses

4/21 at 5:34 p.m. Nicholas Oram, 21, of Foreside Road, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

4/23 at 11:30 p.m. Brandon Cross, 22, of Main Street, South Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Donald Cowles on Bypass Drive on a charge of possession of marijuana.

4/25 at 4:56 p.m. John Cunningham, 52, of Middlesex Road, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Elm Street on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

4/26 at 6:50 p.m. Colby Ormsby, 18, of Independence Lane, Harpswell, was issued a summons by Officer Al Huntington on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of attaching false plates.
