Arrests

2/24 at 10:29 a.m. Sarah Wilson, 33, of Winter Street, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Winter Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/26 at 3:51 p.m. Derek Alves, 29, of Mallett Drive, was arrested by Officer Donald Cowles on Main Street on a charge of violation of a protection order.

Summonses

2/24 at 2:09 p.m. Roberta Tosti, 64, no town listed, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

2/25 at 4:12 p.m. Donald Beauchesne, 51, no town listed, was issued a summons by Officer Troy Garrison on Augusta Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.

2/28 at 4:26 p.m. Andrew Small, 40, of Middle Street, Bath, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Bumbling booze bandit

2/22 at 12:47 p.m. Officer William Collins responded to the report of a theft at the Hannaford Bros. on Topsham Fair Mall Road. An unidentified male attempted to steal four bottles of alcohol but, upon being caught by a store employee, dropped two and made off with the rest. Police are reviewing surveillance footage to identify the alleged thief.

2/24 at 4:08 p.m. Burning electrical odor on Horton Place.

2/28 at 11:07 a.m. Smoldering brush pile on Townsend Way.
