3/22 at 7:11 p.m. Isaac Siegfried, 29, of Meadow Cross Road, was arrested by Officer Frederick Dunn on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and violation of conditions of release.

3/23 at 1:25 p.m. Joseph Boyington, 20, of Brunswick, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Troy Garrison.

3/23 at 5:12 p.m. David York, 59, of Congress Circle, was arrested on a warrant by Officer William Collins.

3/27 at 11:41 a.m. Jennifer Giggey, 28, of Lambert Road, Freeport, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Alfred Giusto and issued a summons on a charge of operating after suspension.

3/27 at 7:26 p.m. Bobby Jones, 39, of Knox Street, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer William Collins on a charge of probation violation.

3/28 at 8:18 a.m. Jennifer Dionne, 25, and David Oldham, 18, both of Main Street, were arrested on charges of violating conditions of release. Michael Smith, 37, of Main Street, was arrested at the same time on a charge of hindering apprehension.

Summonses

3/22 Cathy Campbell, 58, of Winter Street, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of misuse of identification.

3/22 at 6:50 p.m. Cristy Cressey, 31, no town listed, was issued a summons on a charge of operating after suspension.

3/24 at 10 a.m. Gina Stokes, 58, of Upland Lane, Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of failing to register a motor vehicle in more than 150 days.

3/24 Daniel Roy, 24, of Huff Road, Lyman, was issued a summons by Detective Mark LaFountain on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3/25 Jennifer Lamarre, 36, of Booker Street, Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons on charges of assault and harassment.

3/28 at 2:33 p.m. A 13-year-old boy was issued a summons by Officer Alfred Giusto on charges of arson and illegal possession of liquor by a minor. Two 14-year-old boys were also issued summonses on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

Spray paint spree

3/28 at 8:03 a.m. Officer Mark Teceno responded to several reports of spray paint vandalism. The targets included signs at Spectrum Generations on Main Street and the Bowdoin Mill west parking lot, concrete cable holdings at the Swinging Bridge and a garage door at the old Topsham Fire Department on Green Street. Police are investigating.
