3/18 at 7:36 p.m. Ryan Rancourt, 34, of Tedford Road, was arrested on by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Tedford Road on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/21 at 12:58 p.m. Ruben Madrigal, 34, of California, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Augusta Road on a charge of operating after suspension.

3/22 at 1:40 a.m. Gabriel Cuesta, 27, of Florida, was arrested by Officer Bruce Swanson on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

3/20 at 6:30 p.m. Aaron Pratt, 33, of Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Augusta Road on a charge of operating with an expired license.

3/21 at 7:52 a.m. Payson Martin, 18, of Old Cluff Road, Kennebunkport, was issued a summons by Detective Mark LaFountain on Monument Place on charges of operating after suspension and attaching false plates.

3/22 at 11:42 a.m. Ferris Evans, 34, of River Road, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

3/23 at 10:34 a.m. Christopher Strout, 27, of Prosser Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Lewiston Road on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mailbox blues

3/21 at 7:55 a.m. Officer Mark McDonald responded to the report of about 20 mailboxes along Foreside Road having been struck with a blunt object sometime the night before.
