3/16 at 8:03 p.m. Deborah Morse, 54, of Freeport, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of unlawful possession of a Schedule W drug.

3/18 at 12:20 a.m. Desiree Brown, 32, of Topsham, was arrested by Officer Donald Cowles on Main Street on an outstanding warrant.

3/19 at 7:22 p.m. Tanya Chamberlain, 39, of Wiscasset, was arrested  by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Winter Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/22 at 6:22 p.m. Christopher Gilbert, 28, of Topsham, was arrested by Reserve Officer Al Huntington on Parliament Circle on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

3/17 at 11:57 a.m. John Kenney, 21, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Detective Mark LaFountain on Hamilton Court on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

3/17 at 3:32 p.m. Austyn Wilson, 18, of Harpswell, was issued a summons by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Tedford Road on charges of possession of marijuana, and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

Torches transferred

3/21 at 9:36 a.m. Sgt. Mark Gilliam responded to the report of a burglary at the transfer station building on Townsend Way. Some items were vandalized, while two outdoor fire torches were stolen. Police will view video footage of the site.
