3/20 at 9:09 a.m. Vincenzo Ricciardi, 39, of Winter Street, was arrested by Officer William Collins on charges of domestic violence assault and violation of conditions of release.

Summonses

3/15 at 5:59 p.m. Amanda Sundeen, 20, of Cathance Road, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of failure to obtain a license within 30 days of residency, for more than 90 days.

3/16 at 12:17 p.m. Lt. Chris Lewis responded to the report of the image of a cigar spray painted on the Topsham side of the Swinging Bridge. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime the night before, and there are no known suspects. The image has been removed.
