Arrests

3/10 at 2:27 a.m. Gina Utecht, 45, of Meadow Road, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/14 at 11:51 p.m. Stephen Alexander, 48, of Meadow Road, Bowdoin, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on River Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

3/14 at 2:24 p.m. Michael Lenz, 36, of Patricia Drive, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Elm Street on a charge of failure to obtain a license within 30 days of residency.

3/15 at 5:56 p.m. Paul Taylor, 58, no address listed, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

Wendy’s wallet woes

3/12 at 11:08 p.m. Officer Bruce Swanson responded to the report of an employee’s wallet being stolen at the Wendy’s restaurant on Topsham Fair Mall Road. The wallet may have been stolen between 3-7 p.m. that day.
