3/8 at 5:16 p.m. Paula Lessard, 45, of Foreside Road, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Foreside Road on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

3/11 at 9:21 a.m. Caleb Stephens, 34, of Big Pine Drive, was arrested by Officer William Collins on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Summonses

3/7 at 4:02 p.m. Jason Stitham, 45, of Potter Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating with an expired license more than 90 days.

3/7 at 4:44 p.m. Matthew Kennedy, 33, of Freeport, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Hamilton Court on a charge of operating without a license.

3/9 at 7:57 a.m. Kai Evenson, 34, of Longfellow Avenue, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

3/9 at 10:02 a.m. Isijennifer Ortiz-Toledo, 35, of Parliament Circle, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on Barrows Drive on a charge of attaching false plates.

3/11 at 11:30 a.m. A 15-year-old female, of Bowdoinham, was issued a summons on a charge of terrorizing.

3/13 at 5:50 p.m. Joshua Beeler, 22, of Raymond, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Augusta Road on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

False alarm

3/10 in the afternoon. Mt. Ararat High School staff informed School Resource Officer Randy Cook about a handwritten threat – indicating a potential violent act against the school in the near future – left on a girl’s bathroom wall. Information from an anonymous source led police the following day to issue a summons to 15-year-old female, of Bowdoinham, on a charge of terrorizing. “We are confident this student acted alone and the uncertainty of the incident for the high school has now been resolved,” police said in a press release.
