6/23 at 9:24 p.m. Joel Gagnon, 20, of Augusta Road, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on a charge of attaching improper plates.

6/25 at 7:03 a.m. Christopher Lamontagne, 28, of Bowdoin, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Peter Kaminski.

6/27 at 1:23 a.m. Christopher Caudle, 50, of Lisbon Falls, was arrested by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/28 Derrick Schneider, 23, of Carolyn Street, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Robert Ramsay.

6/19 Mark Phelps, 45, of Apear Drive, Bowdoinham, was issued a summons by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.

6/21 at 10:12 p.m. Landon Flynn, 20, of Litchfield Road, Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Reserve Office Michael Carter on a charge of operating beyond license restriction.

6/27 at 10:15 a.m. Tsianina Chavis, 58, of Litchfield Road, Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Alfred Giusto on a charge of operating after suspension.

Four-person accident

6/28 at 3:11 p.m. Police responded to a single vehicle accident at River and White House Crossing roads that involved four people. The driver of the 1994 Toyota Camry, Elizabeth Taylor, 18, of Topsham, was treated and released. A 16-year-old female passenger was thrown from the vehicle and sustained a broken ankle and broken pelvis; police say she was not wearing a seatbelt. A 25-year-old man sustained a head injury, and an 18-year-old man in injured his arm. None of the injuries were life-threatening, according to police. Police have determined speed to be a factor in the accident, and charges against Taylor are pending.
