6/24 at 12:59 a.m. Kalie Oldham, 19, of Texas, was arrested by Officer Cheryl Holmes on Mallett Drive on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

6/21 at 8:02 p.m. Joshua Starks, 18, of Dumont Avenue, Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Lewiston Road on a charge of permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Crystal McIntyre, 18, of Horton Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons at the same time on a charge of operating without a license.

6/21 at 8:42 p.m. Jason LaTouche, 32, of Lake Shore Drive, Leeds, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating after suspension.

6/21 at 11:04 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Harpswell, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Munroe Lane on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor and possession of a usable amount of marijuana. At the same time, a 16-year-old male, of West Bath, and a 17-year-old male, of Topsham, were both issued summonses on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

6/22 at 6:14 p.m. Dale Haskell, 43, of Deerfoot Lane, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating a motor vehicle unregistered for more than 150 days.
