6/16 at 4:26 p.m. Richard Harris, 26, of Wilson Street, was arrested on a warrant by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on Summer Street.

6/16 at 9:06 p.m. Denis Lemieux, 63, of Gamage Avenue, Auburn, was arrested by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of operating under the influence.


No summonses were reported June 11-19.

6/11 at 11:22 a.m. Officer Michael Lawrence responded to the reported theft of construction materials from Precast of Maine on Main Street. Items stolen, worth about $1,500 in all, included galvanized nuts and bolts.
