Arrests

6/8 at 10 a.m. A juvenile was arrested by Officer Mark Teceno on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

6/8 at 7:18 p.m. Steven Lutes, 44, of Feldspar Circle, was arrested by Sgt. Fred Dunn on a charge of domestic violence assault.

6/9 at 5:30 p.m. Michael Benner, 36, of Friendship, was arrested by Officer Mark Teceno on a charge of violating a protection order.

6/13 at 1:40 a.m. Zachary Matson, 18, of Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Bruce Swanson on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/14 at 1:10 a.m. Garret Hamrick, 23, of Middlesex Road, was arrested by Reserve Officer James Brown on a charge of operating under the influence and issued a summons on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

6/15 at 1:04 a.m. Katherine Erbes, 35, of Pond Road, West Gardiner, was arrested by Sgt. Fred Dunn on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

6/9 at 7:24 p.m. Katherine Harris, 25, of Meadow Road, Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating after license suspension.

6/12 at 6:19 p.m. Daniel Pollock, 36, of Meadow Road, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of attaching false plates.

Off-roading

6/14 at 8:20 a.m. Police responded to a car accident. Phillip Smith, 20, of Harpswell was traveling on Route 196 west of Meadow Cross Road when, according to police, his Chevrolet Blazer left the roadway, struck a utility pole, crashed through a barbed wire fence and post, continued through a field and up a small hill, down a steep embankment and then came to rest in a small stream near McMannus Farm. Smith sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Police said Smith had been traveling too fast and texting on his cell phone. Smith was issued a summons on a charge of imprudent speed.
