6/7 at 9:25 p.m. Jay Labbe III, 25, of Addison Street, Lisbon Falls, was arrested by Officer Donald Cowles on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

6/8 at 8:41 a.m. Robert Demont, 62, of Hemlock Drive, Cumberland, was issued a summons by Officer Mathew Bowers on Main Street on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

6/9 at 10:26 a.m. A 15-year-old boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating an unregistered ATV.

6/10 at 4:46 p.m. Daniel Bussiere, 31, of Marston Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on a charge of criminal speed.

Shed out of luck

6/9 at 8:21 a.m. Officer Mathew Bowers responded to the report of an equipment shed being burgled at Mt. Ararat Middle School. The doors had been kicked in, and school officials are still waiting to hear from coaches about what items were taken.
