6/7 at 6:04 p.m. James Dolloff, 38, of Federal Street, Wiscasset, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of domestic violence assault.

6/8 at 4:35 p.m. Eric Carrigan, 32, of Beech Street, Chelsea, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Roman Road on outstanding warrants from other agencies.

Summonses

6/5 at 10:35 p.m. A 17-year-old boy, of Boothbay, was issued a summons by Officer Bruce Swanson on Main Street on a charge of operating beyond license restriction.

6/7 at 1:56 p.m. Randy Swisher, 31, of Main Street, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

6/7 at 5:04 p.m. Theresa Slusher, 52, of Maple Street, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days.

6/8 at 9:37 p.m. Dillan Philpot, 20, of Hanson Drive, was issued a summons by Reserve Officer Cheryl Holmes on Barrows Drive on a charge of possession of marijuana.

6/8 at 9:37 p.m. Zachary Pulk, 19, of River Road was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Barrows Drive on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

Bad to the bridge

6/5 at 4:41 p.m. Officer Mark McDonald responded to the report of vandalism to the Swinging Bridge on Bridge Street. Support beams, a monument rock and brick walkway had been sprayed with graffiti. There were no known suspects earlier this week.
