6/8 at 7:50 p.m. Russell Belair, 48, of Bowman Street, Farmingdale, was arrested by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating under the influence.


6/5 at 11:36 p.m. A 17-year-old boy, no town listed, was issued a summons by Officer Bruce Swanson on Eagles Way on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.


6/8 at 11:07 a.m. Officer Alfred Giusto responded to the theft of two flower pots from the front porch of a Foreside Road business. The pots were worth $30 each.
